Dialpad makes it simple to start and join meetings from any location. You can even initiate a conference call directly from the desktop or mobile app.

To initiate a call, simply launch the app or sign in to Dialpad via your web browser, then select the Start Meeting or Phone icon.
Simply click the Add Participants symbol on your menu bar to invite more people to your conference call. The small "i" sign next to it will open your Meeting details tab, which includes a dial-in number and the ability to copy the meeting URL if you'd want to invite more people that way.

If you're in a chatting thread with the person you're meeting with, simply click the Join button on your conference invite card within that chat. Dialpad will link you to the internet. To join from a browser, simply click on the meeting link in your Google Calendar or Outlook invitation.
How do I participate in a conference from outside Dialpad?
If you're using a mobile phone and don't have the Dialpad app installed, you'll receive an email invite or a text message including conference information such as the URL, dial-in number, and PIN (if the host has chosen to use one).
How can I join a conference call from my phone?
If you don't have the Dialpad app, you only need an invitation to join a call. This is normally delivered to you via text or email, so you simply touch the link to join the meeting.
If you have the Dialpad app, you will notice a Dialpad Meetings invitation in your conversations. Simply tap "Join Call" and the software will immediately place you on the conference call.
Who has administrative control over the Dialpad conference calls?
The person who scheduled the conference call typically has administrative controls. Your office and/or company admin will often have administrative access to conference calls, allowing them to control and govern the sessions.
