The Vice Chairperson of Olorunda North Local Government Development Area, Hon. Shakirat Adeoye Iyaniwura, has called on the people of Oba-Ile to ensure that they give their mandate Governor Gboyega Oyetola for his reelection come July 16.
Iyaniwura made the call on Wednesday during commissioning and handing over the renovated Town Hall to the people of Oba-Ile for public use.
The Deputy Chairperson who single handedly reconstructed the abandoned town hall for many decades said she took up the renovation of the town hall as part of development program of her LCDA .
Speaking at the Official commissioning of the Town Hall , Iyaniwura said the building was in a bad form, and it was abandoned for many years before her intervention.
According to her, "I feel fulfilled, honoured and highly delighted to see you here with me today Wednesday 23rd March, 2022, to witness the commissioning of the renovated Oba-lle town Hall.
"Previously, this Town Hall was in a bad form, and it was abandoned!. Having considered the bad Impression people might be having about Oba-lle, and the embarrassment it could have brought to us as indigenes, I decided to swing into action by renovating it, taken it upon myself as part of my own contributions to the development and progress of my valued town.
"The ancient city of Oba-lle is blessed with prominent sons and daughters that are doing very well in their various callings both at home and in the diaspora. I am hereby using this opportunity to appeal to them to put heads together and work in unity to support our revered Kabiesi, the Oloba of ObaIle kingdom, to develop, uplift and promote our ancestral home to the

Iyaniwura commended the Adegboyega Oyetola for the massive development in Osun State, said Oyetola deserves to be reelected.
She said, "as part of the ideology of our progressive party,APC, which prioritizes infrastructural development and capacity enhance of the citizens, the renovation of Oba Ile Town Hall which has been in a sorry state for many years became necessary as part of our party ideology.
"I want to use this opportunity to appeal to all the residents of Osun State to particularly the people of Oba-ile to reelect governor Adegboyega Oyetola in the July 16 upcoming governorship election .
"it is crystal clear that in terms of infrastructural development that Governor Adegboyega has put in place for the development of our dear state, he deserves to be re elected for prosperity of Osun.
