The National Coordinator, Nigerian Baptist Convention Youth Conference, Rev Joshua IbukunOluwa has urged youths of the Nigerian Baptist Convention to be the solution that the world is looking for through the crucified life.
He stated this in his speech to commemorate the 2021 Youth Week celebration.
IbukunOluwa challenged the youths to make their lives available for Master's use to provide solutions to the many challenges confronting the nation.
He urged the youths to be the re-builder of the broken walls of the nation.
The statement reads:
"I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me (Gal. 2:20)."
"Those of us in the office celebrate the Grace of God upon the lives of our youth. On this special occasion of our youth week 2021, all glory be to the Lord for His mercy and hands of protection upon us. Amidst the challenges of our nation and of the world at large, we have reasons to celebrate His hands of grace and favour upon us. So, all glory to the Lord.
"If He remains faithful, we the youth of NBC are called on this occasion to make our lives available to the Lord to be used as solutions to the challenges of our time. The Lord is gathering us through our various activities this week to refire us and send us out as blessings.
"Through the crucified life, you can be the Joshua, Moses, Joseph, Deborah, Esther, Paul and Peter of our time. Can the Lord depend on you?"
He added that "the crucified life is Solution-Oriented life, you are born and called to be a solution. Do not fail. Happy Youth Week Celebration."
