The Asiwaju Grassroots Foundation, felicitate with the former Governor of State Of Osun and Current Federal Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, as Nigerian Union of Journalists(NUJ) Southwest Zone is set to honour him as Grand Patron of the union.
In a statement released on Friday in Abuja, the National Secretary of the Foundation, Ibrahim Alli-Balogun described the honour as well deserved, Saying, Aregbesola's sterling contributions to the Nigerian democratic struggle cannot be overemphasized, The NUJ conferring him with this honour shows that Aregbesola played a pivotal role in emancipation of the people of Osun and south west in general.
