Youths on Friday protested on bike against the alleged brutality and extra-judicial killings by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad.

Some of the inscriptions on the placards read ‘Protect not exploit’, ‘Nigeria police stop killing us’, and ‘say no to brutal injustice’ among others.
They said men of the SARS operatives have shown on numerous occasions that they are not professional enough rather displayed inhuman through brutality and extortion of youths across the country.
Speaking to newsmen, leader of the protesters, Gbenga Olaleye said youths in Osun have also resolved to join the nationwide protest #EndSARS demanding for total overhaul of the security outfit or put an end to its existence .
Olaleye said the concern youths have previously expressed their feelings to the government more than two occasions against the uncivilized attacks on Nigerian youths by SARS operatives.
"Since the government refused to listen to our demands that is why we are expressing our feelings on the street.
"If SARS is truly sincere with curbing internet fraud and other crimes in the society, they know the best way rather than harassing Nigerian youths.
"We can not continue to fold of arms and watch SARS to be chasing youths to death in the state under the pretence that they are Yahoo boys" he said.
"SARS should be people we can run to in time of insecurity problem not running from them" he added.
If the IG refused to reform SARS before Tuesday, Olaleye said they will join other concerned youths across the country for nationwide protest.
