BREAKING: LTV, Channels, TVC, Shut Down After Hoodlums’ Attack

The Lagos State Television has been shut down after hoodlums attacked the station on Wednesday.

Members of staff of LTV said they have been asked to vacate the premises of the station at Alausa Lagos.

At present, the station has gone off the air.

An editor in the station, who prefers anonymity, said the station was attacked by hoodlums around 09 am.

He said the hoodlums destroyed some properties of the station.

“LTV, Eko FM, Traffic Radio, and Radio Lagos has been shut down to prevent further attacks,” he said.

Channels Television has gone offline after reports of smoke were sighted at its headquarters in Lagos State.

Checks by DAILY POST showed that Channels TV is currently not available at the moment.

A message scrolling on the channel says, ”Channels Television is temporarily shutting down due to imminent attack on our staff and operations”

The development came following the attack on TVC News, a television station owned by Continental Broadcasting Service Nigeria Ltd.
